I Mean Really
A state legislator has introduced a bill that would require the state of Georgia to conduct all its business (including the collection and rebating of taxes!) using only “pre-1965 silver coins, silver eagles, and gold eagles.” It’s the best idea since the chicken-based medical economy.

An appraiser just left my mom’s house (she’s selling some hand-me-down furniture and stuff) and as he was leaving he mentioned that the old (pre-1965) dimes are worth a dollar each due to the recent spike in silver prices. So maybe this is a sneaky way to help Georgia’s budget deficit.
