  1. I’ve been struggling to get through the first season of Fringe, which I hear is actually quite excellent these days — struggling because I’m just not seeing it in the early going at all. Noble and Jackson work well together, but… So this primer might help.

  2. Fringe is actually pretty terrible in its early episodes. They spend about half the season subtly retooling the show as they go, and by the end of the first season it’s pretty watchable. Season two ups the ante a lot, and the first three episodes of season three have all been fantastic.
